Terms for the $79 focused review.

The service you are buying

1. Service and required intake

The Website Mini-Audit is a focused review of public information for one business and domain, one market or location when relevant, one primary customer action, and one supplied public advertising, listing, or social destination when it differs from the homepage.

You must provide complete and accurate required intake, including your name and email, business name, public website address, primary product or service, relevant market or location, the single action you most want a new customer to take, and any different public acquisition destination you want included. You may also provide a public Google Business Profile address and a brief concern.

You confirm that you own or manage the submitted business and website, or have the owner's permission to request the review. Do not submit credentials, private links, payment details, personal customer information, or any address that requires sign-in or special access.

2. Deliverable and timing

The deliverable is a concise 2–3 page PDF that states the overall conclusion, identifies the public route and surfaces reviewed, and presents up to three meaningful priority findings. A clean result is valid and does not require Ready for Discovery to manufacture a finding.

For each finding, the report identifies the observation, exact public URL or control, reproducible evidence, plausible consequence, recommended corrective outcome, likely repair owner, and a way to verify the correction. The report also states what the limited review did not establish and whether a full audit or another specialist appears warranted.

The report is due within 24 hours after successful payment. Payment starts that clock because required-field and basic public-URL checks occur before checkout. If paid input later proves unusable, I will request one correction. The order is refunded if the input remains unusable.

3. Excluded work

The Mini-Audit does not include private or backend access, root-cause diagnosis, repairs, vendor coordination, an exhaustive affected-URL inventory, a platform-specific implementation specification, form submission, post-repair verification, or a complete review of the website or business footprint.

It is not a security or penetration test, malware certification, formal accessibility or WCAG certification, or legal, privacy, tax, or regulatory review. It does not promise indexing, ranking, traffic, clicks, inquiries, bookings, revenue, reviews, recommendations, AI citations, or another business outcome.

Price, capacity, and credit

4. Price and payment

The price is US$79, due through the hosted checkout before work begins. Stripe processes the payment and applies its own terms and privacy practices. Ready for Discovery may pause or close checkout when current capacity cannot support the 24-hour delivery promise.

If you purchase a full Ready for Discovery Audit within 30 calendar days after delivery of the Mini-Audit, the $79 paid for the Mini-Audit is credited once toward the full-audit price that applies to your purchase. The credit is prior payment toward that audit, not a second discount. The full audit remains subject to its separate signed agreement and start conditions.

5. Cancellation, refund, and missed deadline

You may cancel for a full refund before the order enters human review. A full refund also applies if Ready for Discovery declines or cannot perform the review, or if paid input remains unusable after the one requested correction.

If I cannot deliver within 24 hours after successful payment, you may choose a full refund or a new deadline we both agree to. A clean result or disagreement with a supported professional judgment is not by itself grounds for a refund. If one correction still leaves the delivered report unusable, the order will be refunded.

6. Clarification and factual corrections

One brief clarification response is included when requested within seven calendar days after delivery. It is limited to the reported findings and does not include a new investigation, additional route, new finding, repair instruction, or post-repair verification. I will correct a factual error in the report without charge.

Judgment, ownership, and reliance

7. Your use of the report

The report is a point-in-time professional judgment based on the stated public scope. Temporary outages, bot protection, location, website configuration, JavaScript behavior, and later changes may affect what can be observed. You remain responsible for verifying a recommendation before changing a website, account, business process, or spending decision.

After full payment, you may use and share your final report internally and with professional advisers or service providers working for your business. Ready for Discovery retains its pre-existing methods, templates, know-how, branding, code, and reusable materials. You may not resell the report as a competing service or represent it as a certification or guarantee.

8. Third-party services

The review and order flow may depend on websites and providers that Ready for Discovery does not control. Third parties may change or interrupt their services and apply their own terms and privacy practices. A website or platform requested during the review may record a public request in its own logs.

9. Privacy

The Privacy Policy explains the information collected for intake, checkout, fulfillment, communication, support, records, security, and legal obligations. It also identifies relevant providers and retention practices.

Warranties, liability, and disputes

10. Disclaimer of warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, except for the express delivery, clarification, factual-correction, and refund commitments in these terms, the Mini-Audit is provided “as is.” Ready for Discovery disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, noninfringement, completeness, and business results.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ready for Discovery will not be liable for lost profits, lost revenue, lost business, loss of goodwill, loss of data, or indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from the Mini-Audit, even if advised that such damages were possible.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ready for Discovery's total aggregate liability arising from a Mini-Audit will not exceed the amount you paid for that Mini-Audit. These limits do not apply where applicable law does not allow them.

12. Disputes and governing law

Before filing a claim, you and Ready for Discovery will give the other written notice describing the dispute and spend at least thirty days attempting in good faith to resolve it. This does not prevent urgent relief needed to protect an account, confidential information, intellectual property, or another right that could be irreparably harmed.

South Carolina law governs these terms, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Subject to any right that applicable law does not permit these terms to restrict, a lawsuit arising from them must be filed in a state court located in Berkeley County, South Carolina, or a federal court serving that county.

13. General terms

These terms, the accepted intake, and the Privacy Policy form the agreement for this Mini-Audit. They do not govern the full audit, repairs, monitoring, or other paid work. If one provision is unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted and the remaining provisions will continue. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.

The parties agree to conduct this transaction electronically. Electronic records and actions may be used to show acceptance. You may save or print these terms for your records.
