Before you submit
Ready for Discovery saves the intake and order information needed to validate, fulfill, support, and document a paid order. Stripe handles the hosted payment page and payment details. Don't send passwords, private access links, or payment information in this form. Read the Privacy Policy.
Deadline, clarification, and refunds
The limits are part of the service.
One brief clarification requested within seven calendar days after delivery is included and is limited to the reported findings. Factual report errors are corrected without charge.
You may cancel for a full refund before the order enters human review. A full refund also applies if I decline or cannot perform the review, or if paid input remains unusable after one requested correction. If I can't meet the 24-hour deadline, you may choose a full refund or a new agreed deadline. A clean result by itself isn't refundable.
